How can we today solve this problems of Rome? This is where you'll find out my step by step plan.

 If we could go back in time to Ancient Rome this is what I would do.

1. Gain trust of Romans and get a high rank

2. Propose ideas from today and bring all buildings and equipment

3. Make a better money system while stopping corrupt government.

4. let it go on for about two months to watch improvement
